Accessibility Statement
Last updated 1 July 2026
StreamPal is committed to making our website and tools usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technology.
1. Our commitment
We believe everyone should be able to use StreamPal, whatever their ability or the way they access the web. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design and build the Service, not a one time task.
2. Standards we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of needs, including visual, hearing, motor and cognitive differences.
3. Measures we take
We work to keep colour contrast readable, provide text alternatives for meaningful images, support keyboard navigation, use clear and consistent layouts, label form fields, and make sure interactive elements can be understood by screen readers. We test our pages as we build them and fix issues as we find them.
4. Known limitations
StreamPal is under active development, so some areas may not yet fully meet our target standard. Where a third party tool or platform is embedded in our Service, its accessibility is outside our direct control. We are working to identify and improve these areas over time.
5. Feedback
If you come across an accessibility barrier on StreamPal, we want to hear about it. Please contact us at accessibility@streampal.gg or through our support page and let us know the page and the problem you had. We will do our best to put it right and to help you access the information or feature you needed.
6. Ongoing improvements
We review accessibility as part of our regular work and update this statement as the Service changes. Your feedback helps us prioritise the improvements that matter most.
