Talk to the Streampal team in a private Discord channel that only you and the team can see. Rather write it down once? Send a ticket and the answer comes by email.
How the chat works

Link your Discord
We add you to the channel by your Discord account, so it has to be linked to Streampal. The button walks you through it the first time.
Sign in first

We open your channel
The Streampal bot creates a channel named after you in our Discord server. It is hidden from everyone except you and the team.

Not in the server? You're let in
You get a one use invite that drops you straight into your channel. It expires after 24 hours.
- 04
Tell us what's going on
The bot says hello, then a team member answers in the same channel. Come back later and the button takes you to that channel again, not a new one.
Prefer email
Open a ticket
Write it once and a team member replies by email. If you're signed in, the thread also sits under Help in your dashboard, where you can answer it.
