Terms & Conditions

These terms form an agreement between you and Streampal ("Streampal", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of streampal.gg, the Streampal dashboard, the Streampal app and the tools and services around them (together, the "Service"). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

Parts of the Service carry their own rules, shown where you use them: the rules whoever funds a clipping campaign sets, a streamer's own limits on Paid TTS, and the terms of a competition a member runs. Those rules sit alongside these terms, and where they conflict these terms apply.

You must be at least 16, or the minimum age to use online services where you live, to create an account. You must be at least 18 to buy PAL coins, take a payout, or take part in the Clipping program, the affiliate program or Streampals bookings.

You are responsible for making sure your use of Streampal follows the rules of every platform you connect, including Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign in secure. You can sign in with a password, with a connected platform or with a passkey, and you can add two factor authentication under Settings, Security. Tell us at support@streampal.gg straight away if you think someone else has reached your account.

One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accounts are not transferable, and you may not sell or rent your account, your referral link or your clipping access.

Streampal links platform accounts through each platform's own authorisation. We never see or store your platform password, only a token you can revoke at any time, from your dashboard or from that platform's own connected apps settings.

You stay responsible for those accounts and for following their rules. Streampal is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Discord or any other platform, and what a platform allows can change without notice.

You must not use the Service to break the law or a platform's rules, to stream or post content you have no right to use, to harass anyone, to publish sexual content involving minors or any other illegal material, to reach systems or accounts that are not yours, to scrape or overload the Service, or to send spam.

You must not inflate anything we count or pay on. Bought or botted views, engagement pods, fake or duplicate accounts and self referrals are all a breach, and we can withhold or reverse whatever was earned that way.

We may suspend or remove access if you break these rules.

We work hard to keep Streampal running and publish live status at streampal.gg/status, but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features can change, and we may add, update or retire parts of the Service.

Maintenance and incidents can interrupt streaming servers, relays, overlays and renders. We do not promise uninterrupted or error free operation, and we are not responsible for a stream, a clip or a deadline lost to one.

Streampal has a free plan and paid plans. Today those are Starter at $99 a month and Pro at $150 a month for the streaming toolkit, and Clipper at $10 a month and Clipper Pro at $15 a month for the clipping tools. A year costs ten months. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude tax we have to add.

Paid plans are fixed term and nothing renews automatically: we do not keep your card, and when a term ends that plan's features stop until you buy another term. You can hold one streaming plan and one clipping plan at the same time.

Plans can be paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or in crypto. PAL coin top ups are crypto only. Payments run through our payment providers, so your card details and wallet keys never reach us. A crypto payment that arrives short of the invoice is held until you contact support. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are only ever used to buy plans. PAL coins and everything paid in them, including tips, Paid TTS, song requests, bookings, campaigns and bounties, and every payout, never go through our card processor.

Access starts as soon as a payment clears, so a term that has started is not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or where we have agreed otherwise in writing.

If something you paid for never worked, tell us at support@streampal.gg within 14 days and we will fix it, extend your term or refund it.

PAL coins are not refundable once bought, and a crypto payment cannot be reversed by us once it is on the chain.

PAL coins are credit on your Streampal account, where 1 PAL is $1. They are not money, a deposit, an investment or a claim on us for anything beyond the Service, they carry no interest, and they cannot be transferred to another member except by using them in the Service.

You buy them from the Coins tab and spend them on Streampals bookings, tips, Paid TTS, song requests and campaign budgets. You earn them from bookings, tips, song requests, rewards and promotions. They do not expire while your account is open. PAL coins are bought in crypto only, never by card.

We may correct a balance that is wrong, and we may hold or reverse coins that came from fraud, a chargeback, a duplicated payment or a bug.

Streamers can ask to cash out a PAL balance in USDT. The minimum is 50 PAL, a 5% processing fee applies, and we send on TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20. Cash outs are reviewed and sent by our team rather than paid instantly.

Clipping and Streampals earnings go to the payout wallet you save. Sending carries a transfer fee: 1% on USDT and 5% on every other network, taken from the money as it leaves. What you earned does not change, the fee is on the transfer.

Crypto transfers are final. The address and network you give us are your responsibility and we cannot recover funds sent to an address entered wrongly. We may run identity or ownership checks before sending, and refuse a payout we believe is fraudulent or unlawful.

You can let viewers tip you, pay to have a message read aloud on your overlay, or pay to add a song to your queue, all in PAL. You keep 100% of tips. You set the price and the limits for Paid TTS and song requests.

A viewer pays for that request to be delivered on your overlay. Once it has played there is nothing to return, and we do not mediate refunds between you and your viewers.

What reaches your stream is your responsibility. Paid TTS gives you a blocked word list and an approval queue, and we expect you to use them. We can switch these features off on an account used to harass people or to break a platform's rules.

The competitions tool collects entries from a link and draws a winner. The competition is yours: you are the promoter, you set the rules and the prize and you deliver it, and you must follow the law where you and your entrants are as well as the rules of the platform you promote it on.

We supply the tooling, take no part of any prize, and are not responsible for a competition a member runs. We may remove one that breaks these terms or the law.

Rewards pay small amounts of PAL for things like following our social accounts. Some are held for 30 days before they pay, because a follow can be undone.

One claim per reward per member. A reward claimed with a fake, duplicate or purchased account will not be paid, and one already paid can be reversed.

Clippers post clips of streamers in the program and earn a rate, set per streamer or per campaign, for every 1,000 views on an approved clip. A clip needs at least 1,000 views to count. Rates shown are the gross campaign rate: a Streampal Clipper earns 75% of it and Streampal keeps 25%, unless we have agreed a different share with you.

Joining the paid program is reviewed by our team and has no follower or view requirement. The direct clipper route uses the free editor and is paid by clipping.net rather than by us, and clipping.net sets its own bar: 1.5 million views in the last 30 days and 850 followers.

A month closes on the 4th of the following month at 23:59 EST, and approved earnings for that month are paid around the 20th of that same month to your payout wallet, net of the transfer fee in section 10.

We review every clip and can reject one at any point: views that are bought or botted, a clip that breaks the streamer's or the campaign's rules, a repost of someone else's work, a missing watermark where one is required, a clip deleted or hidden before it can be checked, or anything that breaks the law or a platform's rules. Earnings on a rejected or fraudulent clip can be withheld or reversed even after they have been counted.

You are responsible for the account you post from, for the rights to the footage and music you use, and for the tax on what you earn. Rates can change, and the rate that applies to a clip is the one recorded when the clip is approved.

Anyone can fund a campaign: you set a budget, a rate per 1,000 views and your rules, and the budget is held from your PAL balance when you create it. It comes back in full if we reject the campaign, and any unspent budget comes back when you end it.

Our team reviews clips against your rules and you pay only for approved clips. A campaign must not ask for anything illegal or misleading, or for anything against a platform's rules, and we can reject or end one that does.

Bounties we run ourselves work the same way from a clipper's side. Closing a bounty does not cancel what is owed on clips already approved.

Streampals are members who offer their time as guests, co hosts, crew and other roles. Bookings are paid in PAL: Streampal keeps a 20% platform fee and the Streampal keeps 80%.

Streampals are independent members, not our employees, contractors or agents. We do not supervise a booking, and what is delivered is agreed between the two of you, so set out your terms, your availability and anything you will not do on your profile.

Treat each other properly: no harassment, no requests for sexual content, no asking anyone to break a platform's rules, and no moving a booking off Streampal to avoid the fee. Report a problem to support@streampal.gg. We can cancel a booking, refund it, remove a listing or close an account over conduct.

Refer someone with your link and you earn 5% of what Streampal earns from them: on their plan payments, on our share of their clipping, and on our fee from their Streampals bookings. Commission is credited as it is earned and paid once your balance passes $50.

You must not refer yourself, bid on our brand in paid search, spam, or present the link in a way that misleads people about who you are or what Streampal is. Commission from cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or duplicated activity is reversed, and we can end your participation and withhold unpaid commission for a breach.

Paid plans include a streaming server we run for you, with OBS, the LIVE Toolkit and an ingest relay. It is for live streaming and the work around it: do not use it to mine cryptocurrency, to run unrelated software or services, to store unlawful material, or in a way that degrades the service for other members.

Multi Stream sends one feed to several destinations: 2 on the free plan, 3 on Starter and up to 8 on Pro. Your publish key is a password, so keep it secret. What goes to each destination is your responsibility, including each platform's rules on simulcasting.

Scenes, recordings, uploads and settings on your server are yours and we keep them while your plan is active. When a plan lapses or an account closes we may remove them, so keep your own copies. We may restart, move or maintain a server, and suspend one being used to break these terms.

Overlays and the overlay designer, the clip editors, green screen, face swap, text to speech voices and automatic captions and translations are tools. Their output can be wrong: captions mishear, translations drift, a cutout or a face can fail. Check anything before it goes on stream.

You must hold the rights to what you feed them. Do not use face swap on anyone who has not agreed to it, and do not use any of these tools to impersonate a real person, to make sexual or misleading images of someone, or to produce anything illegal.

Voices, templates and stock assets we supply are licensed for use inside Streampal and in the streams and clips you make with it, not for resale on their own.

What you upload or create with the Service stays yours: clips, overlays, recordings, profile text, schedules and messages.

You give us the permission we need to run the Service for you: to store it, process it, show it back to you and to the people you share it with, send it to a platform when you ask us to, and use it to produce what you asked for. For anything you publish publicly on Streampal, such as a profile, a listing, a public schedule, a leaderboard entry or a submitted clip, you also let us show and promote it on Streampal and our own channels. This ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies we must keep by law or that sit in backups for a limited time.

You confirm you hold the rights to what you upload, including the music in a clip.

If you believe something on Streampal infringes your copyright, email support@streampal.gg with the work, the link and confirmation that you are the owner or acting for them. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Music is the usual problem in clips: a platform can mute, block or strike a clip even after we have approved and paid it, and that risk is yours.

Streampal, its name, logo, design, copy and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Service for what it is for. You may not copy it, resell it, reverse engineer it or build a derivative of it without our written permission.

The Service works with third parties: streaming platforms, payment processors, crypto networks, Discord, cloud providers and AI providers. We are not responsible for them, their outages, their content or their decisions, and your use of them is under their own terms.

The Streampal app is a companion to your account. Nothing is sold inside it: plans, PAL coins and everything else are bought on the site. Where you install it from an app store, that store's own terms also apply to the download.

Some features are marked beta, preview or test. They can change, break or be withdrawn, and they come with no promise that they will work, so do not depend on one for a stream that matters.

Prices may exclude tax we are required to add. What you earn through Streampal, from clipping, bookings, tips, commission or anything else, is income you are responsible for declaring and paying tax on where you live.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will meet your requirements, that the figures it shows you will be accurate, or that it will be available when you need it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, views, followers, data or goodwill.

Where we are liable, our total liability to you over any 12 month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, or $100 if you paid us nothing.

You agree to cover us for claims, losses and reasonable costs that come from your content, your streams and clips, a competition or booking you run, or your breach of these terms or of the law.

You can stop using Streampal at any time and delete your account from Settings. Deleting it removes your personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy, and it gives up any PAL balance and any commission below the payout threshold, so cash out first.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we have to for legal or security reasons, and we may hold a payout while earnings are under investigation.

The sections that should outlast an account do: licences already granted, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law.

We may update these terms. When a change is material we will update the date at the top and, where it matters, tell you in the Service. Using Streampal after a change takes effect means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law where you live gives you.
