Terms & Conditions

These terms form an agreement between you and StreamPal ("StreamPal", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of streampal.gg and its related tools and services (the "Service"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services, to create an account. You are also responsible for making sure your use of StreamPal complies with the terms of service of any streaming platform you connect, including Twitch, Kick and YouTube.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login details secure. If you sign in with a password, keep it confidential. Please tell us straight away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

StreamPal lets you link platform accounts through secure authorisation. You can connect and disconnect these at any time. You remain responsible for your accounts on those platforms and for following their rules. StreamPal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Twitch, Kick, YouTube or any other platform.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not use StreamPal to break the law or the rules of any connected platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts, interfere with or disrupt the Service, or use it to send spam or harmful content. We may suspend or remove access if you breach these terms.

We work hard to keep StreamPal running smoothly, but we provide the Service on an "as available" basis. Features may change, and we may add, update or remove parts of the Service over time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or free of errors.

StreamPal offers both free and premium services and plans. Where a feature or plan is paid, we will show the price and terms before you buy. Paid plans, billing cycles and any refund terms will be described at the point of purchase.

If you take part in the StreamPal affiliate program, additional program terms apply, including how referrals are tracked and how commissions are calculated and paid. You can read more on our affiliates page.

StreamPal and its logo, design, content and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Service for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, resell or create derivative works from it without our permission. Content you provide remains yours, and you grant us the permissions we need to operate the Service for you.

The Service works alongside third party platforms and providers. We are not responsible for those third parties, their content, or their availability, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any results you get from using it will be accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamPal will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can stop using StreamPal and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Some sections of these terms continue to apply after your account is closed.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continuing to use StreamPal after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless local law requires otherwise.
