Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information StreamPal collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using streampal.gg you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

StreamPal ("StreamPal", "we", "us" or "our") operates the website at streampal.gg and the related creator tools and services. We are the data controller responsible for your personal information. If you have any questions about this policy you can reach us at privacy@streampal.gg.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign up with a password, a securely hashed version of that password. We never store your password in plain text.

Connected platform data. When you link a platform such as Twitch, Kick or YouTube, we receive the information that platform shares with us through secure authorisation, which may include your username, profile picture, email and an access token. We do not receive or store your password for those platforms.

Usage and technical data. We collect basic technical information such as your device type, browser, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with our dashboard, so we can keep the service secure and improve it.

Support information. If you contact us or submit a ticket, we keep the messages and details you provide so we can help you.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Provide and operate your account and the StreamPal dashboard, connect and sync your streaming platforms, deliver the services you request, keep the platform secure and prevent abuse, respond to your support requests, and send you important service messages. Where you have agreed, we may also send you product updates. We rely on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running a safe and reliable service as the legal bases for this processing.

4. Connected platform accounts

Linking a platform is done through OAuth, an industry standard that lets you grant access without sharing your password. The access tokens we receive are stored on our servers only and are never exposed to your browser or to other users. We use them to provide the features you enable, such as account sync and analytics.

You can disconnect a platform at any time from your dashboard, or by revoking access in that platform's own connected apps settings. Once revoked, the associated tokens can no longer be used.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. These are required for the service to work. We do not use third party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may stop you from signing in.

6. How we store and protect your data

Passwords are hashed, data is encrypted in transit, and platform tokens are held server side only. Access to personal information is limited to the people and systems that need it to run the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

7. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run StreamPal, such as our hosting and database providers, and only so they can perform services on our behalf. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

8. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal, accounting and security obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@streampal.gg. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your information receives an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

11. Children

StreamPal is not intended for children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know through the service.

13. Contact us

If you have any questions about this policy or your personal information, contact us at privacy@streampal.gg or through our support page.
